New Hope Home, Inc., the parent organization of Hands of New Hope, in collaboration with our partners, The Pink Journey Foundation, and Healing California, is proud to present the 3rd Annual Free Community Health Service Event on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at New Hope Baptist Church, located at 1160 E. New York St, Long Beach, CA 90813. This day-long event will run from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is open to the public, offering essential healthcare services to residents of Long Beach and surrounding areas. No insurance is required, and all services are free.
Available Services:
- Mobile Mammography (for women ages 40+): Breast cancer screening and awareness.
- Dental Services: Includes exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Vision Services: Vision exams and free eyeglasses.
- Blood Pressure Testing
- Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Voter Registration and More!
First Come, First Serve: Services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and registration will close once patient capacity has been reached. Please bring a valid photo ID matching your name for registration purposes. Participants are encouraged to bring water and snacks, as wait times for some services may vary.

About the Organizers:
This event is a collaborative effort led by New Hope Home, Hands of New Hope, The Pink Journey Foundation, and Healing California, with a special focus on Breast Cancer Awareness. To emphasize the importance of early detection, The Pink Journey Foundation is offering free mobile mammography services to women over 40. Additionally, Healing California is providing much-needed dental and vision services to vulnerable populations in and around Long Beach. New Hope Home, Inc. has coordinated this free and accessible healthcare services, education, and resources event, to ensure that everyone in the community can live a healthy, empowered life.
